Llevar a fuego lento hasta que la pulpa se desprenda de la semilla, aproximadamente durante una hora. Retirar las pepas y licuar el l\u00edquido con las c\u00e1scaras, colar y obtener una especie de jarabe espeso.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">En una olla se pone el aceite a fuego medio y cuando est\u00e9 caliente a\u00f1adir la cebolla y el ajo picados finamente. Cocinar durante cinco minutos, hasta que quede transparente. Mezclar y cocinar por 10 minutos. Retirar del fuego, licuar y colar hasta obtener una salsa homog\u00e9nea, rectificar el sabor y agregarle sal si le faltara.<\/p><p>Cortar las alas de pollo en trozos y sazonarlas con un poco de ajo y salsa soya.<\/p><p>Enharinar las alas colocando la harina en una bolsa, poniendo las presas adentro y sacudiendo para lograr un efecto uniforme.<\/p><p>Fre\u00edr las alas en aceite caliente, teniendo cuidado de no quemarlas. Retirarlas cuando est\u00e9n doradas y colocarlas en papel absorbente para quitarle el exceso de grasa.<\/p><p>En una sart\u00e9n saltear las alas con la barbacoa de achachair\u00fa.
