First, verify the delivery address and check around your property, with your neighbors, and in the usual location where the carrier leaves packages. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier and Achachair\u00fa USA immediately so the appropriate investigation can be initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes. Cancellations requested within the first 24 hours after placing the reservation are eligible for a full refund. After that period and before the order is prepared, a $10 administrative fee may apply. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
